納豆をグラム染色したら普通に芽胞が見えた話

市販の納豆を買ってきて、私が作ったPoCGSで染色してみました。

菌体の中が透明に抜けた芽胞がみえますね。

ちなみに納豆を一週間そのまま放置し、再度染色したら芽胞が増えてました（菌体も死んでいるのかあまり陽性に染まってないですね）
